The participation formed part of the Council’s efforts to strengthen regional cooperation and exchange expertise and practices in occupational safety and health, while showcasing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s experience in developing its national occupational safety and health system and supporting joint efforts to provide safer, healthier, and more sustainable working environments.
The conference addressed a range of topics related to the future of occupational safety and health, including the application of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, the promotion of mental health in the workplace, sustainable development, and the advancement of occupational safety and health culture, with the participation of leading specialists and experts from GCC countries.
